Okay, so Miley Cyrus was rude about Katy Perry’s suggestion they kiss at the MTV VMAs. I’d expect more from Miley/her team. Sure. But is that reason enough to take Katy’s side?

Why is everyone cool with a 23 year old leering at a 15 year old? If Katy were a guy, we’d be disgusted. I am.

Also, today Kanye blogged that “I Kissed a Girl” is the shit (see it here). I liked her better as a punchline to regurgitated jokes about the mainstream, but I think we’ll be seeing much much more pro-Katy stuff from people who should know better.

My vote’s for Rihanna, if anyone’s scoring.
