Burberry Barbed Wire Jewelry
Let’s pick up where we were Monday, with the Raf Simons x Dr. Martens shiny metal shoes. Today, please check out these cool barbed wire pieces from Burberry.
They look kinda like mini Jeff Koons sculptures, don’t they? Their high gloss metallic finish renders them useless in both cases. A key difference is that Koons adds ironic harshness to soft plastic toys by changing their materiality, but these jewels take the danger out of sharp barbed wire though their gentrified glossy finish.
The range features a ring, a bracelet, a necklace, and a key chain. The finishes are high gloss black or gold. You could prolly guess I’m partial to the gold ring.
