Cardboard Mastiff Dog

By Roni Brunn | August 24, 2009 | News

cardboard mastiff

Designed by Yuki Matsuoka, this cardboard dog comes as a kit – its pieces arrive flatpacked with instructions and diagrams for assembly.  That’s probably the most fun activity you can have with this dog, besides scaring small children.

The cardboard dog is just 30″ tall, so I’ve got nothing to worry about.  Here’s a huge English Mastiff:

That dog weighs 282 pounds and measures 7 feet when upright/attacking.  More info here.

The Tibetan variant of this breed is adorable:

That tail!  Kinda looks like a less furry Keyshound.  More about Tibetan Mastiffs here.

Get the cardboard dog at the Conran Shop.

I JUST LOVE THE SIZE OF THESE DOGS. I have been looking for a very large dog, most likely around bear size! The 2nd picture looks like my kind of dog! Thanks for the help.

I love these dogs, I have a friend who used to breed them. Now she only has one male. He went to the farm next door to visit his girlfriend, and now they have 10 babies! I wonder what they will look like…… English Mastiff and Golden Retriever!

I lost my 215 pound baby 2 years ago and still miss him horribly. There is no other dog better than an English Mastiff. I have a german shepherd now. He is a really smart dog. I just couldn’t stand the thought of getting another mastiff. I miss my MAC too much.

Arvind Mandal, you’re stupid. I have the biggest English Mastiff dog you’ve ever seen in my backyard. If you will send me $1000 money order, I’ll send him right out to you.

What kind of retard comes on some hidden obscure website with a comment board and asks someone for a dog. Do you even know what this website is? I certainly don’t. Oh, this site is for a band. That makes sense….what the ?*#@?
