Cindy Sherman x Balenciaga at Fashion’s Night Out
The 2nd Fashion’s Night Out falls on September 10th this year. Stores around the world will be open late with events and giveaways. New York’s Balenciaga store will show six Cindy Sherman self-portraits of the artist in clothes from the label. Borrowed from the private collection of François-Henri Pinault of PPR (Balenciaga’s parent co), the photos will be making their US debut that night. Karen Elson will be performing there as well.
I’m assuming the images were published in a Vogue Paris 2007 story depicting Sherman as some fashion characters/editors. If so, here they are.
