Pop-up Calendar
German designer Johann Volkmer‘s 2010 calendar is a series of pop up books, one for each month of the year 2010. The concept is brilliant, and the refined execution expresses the idea beautifully. Pop ups are whimsical, which means you’re likely to get sick of them. But these give you just enough time per piece. Plus it’d be cool to see how the shadows look at different times of the year.
The photos are amazing, too.
