Men’s SS2011 fashion week is now underway in Milan, and Prada showed its collection yesterday.  The Italian house is known for innovative fabrics, cuts, and accessories, all with an intellectual bent.  Its typical clientele seems to work in art galleries, architecture firms, design agencies, and The Flaming Lips.

For SS11, Miuccia Prada explored new muses.  She might have found them all in Newport Beach, California.  Here’s a beach bro with reflective sunglasses and baggy jeans:

It was a really complete collection, featuring some emerging trends for the season: brights, stripes, loose pants + slim tops, and super covetable sweaters.
