Sweden’s Dagens Nyheter on my math club
I’m so late in posting this link!
Sweden’s esteemed daily paper Dagens Nyheter published a piece on the math club I run in LA. The article was on the cover of the culture section, no less. It’s a big big honor, and I’m still floored. Thanks, Caroline Hainer! And of course, thanks to the lecturer Luke Barrington and everyone who came to the meeting!
Math club is an informal social organization that meets for abstract math lectures over cocktails. Its motto is “be there and be square.” I made it up, and now I’m chancellor. Read about it in Swedish or read a translation to English.
