Wood light bulb-shaped lampshades
Porky Hefer of South African “”"creative consultancy”"” Animal Farm designed these light bulb shaped lampshades called Lite:
They’re made from turned wood, a pottery-like technique that involves shaping the raw material as it spins. According to Elle Decor, these shades are “all about craft-based design, sustainable processes and materials, and about being ‘lite’ on the environment.” Sounds obnoxiously precious, but I love the result anyway.

It’d be cool to assemble a chandelier out of a bunch of these, like the Droog 85 Lamps (only heavier):
